Shipping policy

KatVoix Academy primarily offers digital services and online learning content. No physical products are shipped unless otherwise stated in the product description.  If you do order a physical item (e.g., printed workbook or merchandise), please allow 7–14 business days for standard domestic delivery. Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided via email.  Currently, we do not ship outside the U.S. unless international shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.
